BACK BAND - COL14 ES14 Back Band

Decorative Backband Moulding

The finishing details are what make a room feel thoughtfully designed. COL14 ES14 backband moulding adds a defined outer edge to door and window casing, bringing depth and a more complete frame to each opening.

A backband is a separate trim profile fitted along the outside edge of casing. Depending on its shape, it wraps over or sits against that edge, building out the surround without replacing the entire casing.

Pair this backband with complementary casing to create a layered surround with a traditional feel. A shared paint color brings the profiles together, while consistent proportions across doorways and windows keep the room balanced.
